As an Admissions Coordinator at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, you will play a vital role in maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, and obtaining applicant information. Your responsibilities will include screening applicants, completing admissions processes, and resolving resident concerns during their transition to the community. You will also be responsible for developing census and quality mix by providing prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources with appropriate information and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain admission guidelines and marketing programs
* Obtain applicant information and screen applicants
* Complete admissions processes and resolve resident concerns
* Develop census and quality mix by providing information and assistance to prospective residents, responsible parties, and referral sources
Requirements:
* A fire and passion for working with seniors
* A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
* College degree preferred
* Sales experience, particularly in healthcare services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
* Familiarity with long-term care and/or healthcare services preferred
* Professional image in both appearance and behavior
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* LPN or RN License preferred
