Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about building relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring optimal product availability, and driving revenue growth.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and developing long-lasting relationships with distributors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Driving a company vehicle to serve customers on designated routes, ensuring timely delivery and efficient distribution.
  • Executing promotional activities and sales directives as outlined by management to meet monthly goals.
  • Communicating effectively with the sales team lead to track progress and achieve sales targets.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. You should also have basic accounting and math skills, as well as experience in sales, preferably with Distribution Sales (DSD) expertise. Additionally, a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and DOT medical card are required.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including an annual salary of $52,500, which may be supplemented by commission and bonus opportunities.
