Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule service appointments efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls and warmly greet customers and visitors.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate departments and inform relevant personnel of their arrival.
  • Collaborate effectively with the service team and other departments.
  • Engage with callers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare and type various documents, including memos and reports.
  • Assist in the scheduling and confirmation of service appointments.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and listening skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Reliable and adaptable, capable of managing a flexible schedule.
