  • Assess and cleanse data throughout the migration process.
  1. HR Analytics and Reporting:
  • Design and produce custom reports and analytics utilizing Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting solutions.
  • Implement methodologies for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  1. Performance Optimization:
  • Evaluate and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and resolving performance issues.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and apply improvements as necessary.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Offer technical assistance to HRMS end-users, addressing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Facilitate training sessions for HR and IT personnel on new features, functionalities, and system enhancements.
  1. Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development efforts.
  • Ensure documentation remains current with ongoing changes and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a comparable position.
  3. Extensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical frameworks.
  4. Expertise in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
  5. Strong comprehension of HR business operations and HR data architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
