About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our resort units are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
  • Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
  • Observe precautions required to protect resort guests and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships, and respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle guest issues to resolution, and escalate any outstanding guest inquiry or concern to management.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit, quality assurance, loss prevention, and resort operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
