Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to clients with psychiatric disorders, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal planning, chore scheduling, and housekeeping.
- Transport clients to appointments and activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Document client activities, behavior, and vital signs, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Collaborate with the Lead Direct Care Staff and Administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience working with individuals with mental disabilities preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support certification and CPR certification required.
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record required for transportation duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to direct care services.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Please note that relocation to Oceanside, CA is required before starting work.
