We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Network Security Specialist to join our team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our industrial control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network architectures for industrial control systems.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain secure.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in network security, with a focus on industrial control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial control systems, including PLC, HMI/SCADA, and Plant Historian.
  • Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree in a related field.
  • Network Engineering Certification (CCENT, CCNA Routing and Switching/Wireless, CINS Cisco Industrial Networking Specialist, VCA, VCP, GICSP).
  • Understanding of CPwE DIG (Converged Plant-wide Ethernet Design and Implementation Guide).
  • Understanding of ISA, ANSI, NEMA, NEC, and NIST Standards.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
