Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing operations role
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
