As a key member of our Accounts Recovery team, you will be responsible for providing medical collection services for medical professional clinics, ensuring timely and effective resolution of accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical collection services for medical professional clinics, ensuring timely and effective resolution of accounts.
  • Perform follow-up, account resolution, and communication with patients, offsite associates, reimbursement vendors, and other external entities.
  • Maintain knowledge of overall collection work processes for both active AR and BD inventory.
  • Ensure patient and physician satisfaction while adhering to all physician, state, and federal guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of related experience in medical revenue cycle.
  • General knowledge of Revenue Cycle account recovery accounts.
  • Knowledge of health insurance claims, billing, collection, and resolution.
  • Solid knowledge and utilization of PC and desktop applications to include Word and Excel.
