Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Center Manager to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our plasma collection center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Center Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the center, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Center Manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Work with quality personnel and the QA team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
  • Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training, and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting.
  • Recruit, train, counsel, and terminate employees, and implement corrective action programs.
  • Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
  • Travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team or others.
  • Working Conditions:
    • May spend 80% of the time standing or walking.
    • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
    • May work with hazardous chemicals, exposed to extreme temperatures, and to bloodborne pathogens.

CSL Plasma offers a competitive salary range of $68,600-$77,200 annually, as well as an annual bonus per the Company's short-term incentive bonus plan. We also offer a range of benefits, including options for health care benefits, company-provided basic life insurance and short- and long-term disability, the option to participate in CSL's 401(k) Savings Program, paid time off, and paid observed holidays.
