Core Duties:

  • Work closely with colleagues to improve our cloud capabilities utilizing AWS services such as EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, and Parallel Cluster.
  • Engage with AWS partners for architectural advice and assistance.
  • Promote automation throughout the software delivery process.
  • Contribute to shaping BlueSkyClarity's cloud strategy and technological choices.
  • Evaluate the technology landscape, suggest improvements, and provide consultancy on infrastructure initiatives.
  • Offer after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in developing scalable services within AWS.
  • Expertise in transitioning legacy systems to AWS and software architecture.
  • Skilled in creating services across various programming languages and familiar with pertinent technology stacks.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes management, and Linux.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, networking knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
