Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of operations professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of operations and infrastructure processes and tools, with experience in managing complex systems and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience in healthcare operations, public sector healthcare programs, and MMIS.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience in implementing ITIL best practices.
