- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in production, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in food or regulated industries.
- 5+ years of Lean Operations management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite, and Microsoft D365 is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 15% for meetings and training.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
