Job Summary

SOSi is seeking a highly skilled Foreign Disclosure Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in preparing and processing foreign disclosure requests, ensuring compliance with U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit products for publication in CORE, linking them to NCTC Current, and disseminating them via email to the Executive Support Office and general distribution lists.
  • Prepare and process intelligence source review and foreign disclosure requests, providing recommendations to the Government in accordance with U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.
  • Review various products for accurate security classification and potential release, ensuring all sources are identified and appropriate security classification markings are applied.
  • Ensure that all sources are cited in accordance with the Sourcing Defense Intelligence Analysis guide or other agency standards.
  • Prepare responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrate ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulate key findings.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree in administration, Management, English, or related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree in same academic fields from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
  • Previous experience supporting counterterrorism projects either directly or indirectly.
  • Previous experience as an analyst.
  • Previous experience with DIA.
