Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resource Educator to join our team. As a Resource Educator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom environment that fosters learning and development in young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education
  • Support the success of our center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals and objectives
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education coursework highly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
Compensation

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
