About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Complex Project Supervisor to lead the execution of cross-functional, complex projects at Finn Partners. This role requires exceptional project planning skills, the ability to manage concurrent work streams, and a strong understanding of business needs to align resources and meet client expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that consider unique requirements and dependencies, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage Concurrent Work Streams: Balance dependencies across multiple projects and disciplines, maintaining clarity and focus on key deliverables.
  • Navigate Business Needs: Align resources to meet both client and internal expectations, proactively managing project financials and overseeing monthly billing reconciliations.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively address potential project and account risks, taking the initiative to mitigate issues before they impact project outcomes.

Your Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
