About the Role

This Project Supervisor position is ideal for someone who excels in managing concurrent work streams and balancing dependencies across multiple projects and disciplines. You will maintain clarity and focus on key deliverables, navigate business needs with a clear understanding of competing priorities, and align resources to meet both client and internal expectations.

You will proactively manage project financials, oversee monthly billing reconciliations, and present actionable recommendations to the account services partner and/or client. Additionally, you will identify, analyze, and respond to potential project and account risks, taking the initiative to mitigate issues before they impact project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive project plans that consider unique requirements and dependencies, ensuring seamless execution across all phases.
  2. Manage concurrent work streams and balance dependencies across multiple projects and disciplines, maintaining clarity and focus on key deliverables.
  3. Navigate business needs with a clear understanding of competing priorities, aligning resources to meet both client and internal expectations.
  4. Proactively manage project financials and oversee monthly billing reconciliations, presenting actionable recommendations to the account services partner and/or client.
  5. Identify, analyze, and respond to potential project and account risks, taking the initiative to proactively mitigate issues before they impact project outcomes.
  6. Demonstrate initiative in moving projects forward, ensuring progress aligns with the desired outcome while maintaining accountability at each stage.
  7. Coordinate approvals and finalization processes for timely, error-free work, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
  8. Champion FINN goals, systems, and policies, fostering adherence to best practices and reinforcing a culture of excellence within the team.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
