Job Summary:

As a Server and Server Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies and clearing tables.
  • Assist Servers with food and beverage service, including pouring coffee and water and replenishing condiments.
  • Forward guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor.
  • Accomplish other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and staff.
  • Must present a clean and professional image.
  • Must be able to pass the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) within probation period.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work long hours and overtime according to seniority, including weekends and holidays.
  • Shifts include 7:30am-12pm, 11am-5pm, or 5pm-12:30am.
  • Must be able to work on one's feet for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, push, and lift up to 40 pounds.
