Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Maranatha Christian Academy is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand presence and engagement
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters to our audiences
  • Produce compelling videography and photography content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with content writer to create content for various channels
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure it is current and aligned with marketing goals
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Provide logistical and promotional support for events that engage our community
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as online communications, business, marketing, or English
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with SEO strategies and tools
  • Proficiency in videography and photography, including editing skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
  • Graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives
