Program Overview

SilverWave Inc is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT specialist to join our team for a comprehensive training program in system integration. The apprenticeship will provide a unique blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in this field.

  • You will participate in on-site maintenance and implementation of small projects for our clients
  • You will engage in regular contract work and provide telephone support to ensure seamless service delivery
  • You will independently plan and conduct customer appointments to build strong relationships
  • You will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and managing MS servers to ensure optimal performance
  • You will troubleshoot issues with end devices and servers to resolve technical challenges
Requirements
  • You must possess a secondary school diploma or a comparable degree
  • You should be passionate about technology and committed to ongoing learning
  • You should be a team player with excellent communication skills
  • You should have a valid driver's license or be willing to obtain one
