About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Helper to join our team at the Augusta Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a Unit Helper, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures
- Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision
- Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents, including support with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents
