Job Overview

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Change Management Boards and Project Teams in various activities and deliverables, including implementation strategies, project updates, design documentation, and migration planning.
  • Create, sustain, and execute Change Management strategies and protocols, engage in audits, and present suggested change requests to the Change Control Board.
  • Contribute to Change Management modernization initiatives as required by the program.
Work Environment

LOCATION: Remote (within the United States)

WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Security Clearance Requirements
  1. Public Trust Security Clearance
  2. US Citizenship is mandatory
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams
  • Facilitation of Change Control Board meetings
  • Knowledge of cloud and change requests in governmental settings
  • Experience overseeing the change management process
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to generate clear technical documentation
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools
  • Relevant degree with applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Certification
  • Experience with DHS change management procedures
  • Skills in report generation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Aptitude for identifying trends for process enhancements
