Clinical Educator of Family Medicine

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Family Medicine physician to serve as the Residency Program Director at the University of New Mexico. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading our top-ranked Family Medicine Residency Program and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible training.
About the PositionThe Residency Program Director will work closely with our residents, leadership team, and faculty to achieve the goals and objectives of the program. This includes developing and implementing curriculum, recruiting and mentoring residents, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Medicine, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Lead the Family Medicine Residency Program and ensure its continued success
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our residents and the community
- Recruit and mentor residents to ensure their success and well-being
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to achieve program goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
