Fitness Center Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Advocate at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center (OFJCC). As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and check-in members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of fitness and campus programs, providing recommendations and information to members as needed.
- Respond to members' concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of member appointments and cancellations.
- Respond to a high volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Customer Service Desk and workout spaces.
- Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications helpful.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- CPR/FA certifications within 90 days of hire.
- Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment.
