About the Role

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and revenue for MIDWEST COMBUSTION SOLUTIONS INC. This is a highly competitive role that requires exceptional sales skills, strong communication, and negotiation abilities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing customers, and closing deals within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities
  • Travel to customer sites to deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales interactions, leads, and customer information
  • Negotiate and close deals, utilizing best practices in sales and negotiation techniques
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industry
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior knowledge of boiler room operations a plus
