The Wichita Wind Surge is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join their dynamic ticket sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the organization with professionalism in the community
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, appointments, and networking events
  • Renege all group, hospitality, and season ticket members
  • Work closely with sales and marketing departments to develop compelling sales programs
  • Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Tickets.com
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals and daily call/appointment minimums
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
