PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare beverage mixers, slice fruits, manage inventory requests, monitor stock levels, replenish mixers, provide ice, serve food, and handle waste disposal.
Maintain cleanliness by sweeping floors, polishing metal fixtures, mopping surfaces, cleaning glassware, and wiping mirrors in the bar area. Set up and dismantle the bar as required.
Support bar personnel as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to the primary responsibilities, this role may involve a variety of supportive tasks, with the specific duties determined by management based on the hotel's needs.
Assist bar staff when necessary.
Process inventory requests (beverages, food, and supplies).
Engage in thorough cleaning of the bar area.
