As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our club.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily operations of the Main Office, ensuring all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
* Work closely with our office staff to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

* High school or equivalent degree.
* Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
* Knowledge of Windows 98 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to type 60 words per minute.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to comprehend and follow instructions, make decisions with minimum supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Ability to recollect and quickly retrieve dates, names, times, and other data.
* Ability to converse calmly with irate members, staff, concessionaires, vendors, and the general public in intense emotional situations.
* Ability to focus and direct attention to task performance despite periods of interruptions.
* Ability to work under pressure and complete assignments on time when confronted with stressful, emergency, critical, or unusual situations.
* Ability to walk, sit, stand, lift, reach, pull, twist, turn, and grasp.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and wide breadth of experience managing clerical responsibilities.
