Customer Support Advocate

Immerse yourself in a dynamic environment at Randstad Enterprise, where you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support. Your role will involve taking inbound calls, responding to client requests, resolving general account issues, and providing digital assistance.
We're seeking an individual with a passion for helping others, who can demonstrate patience, care, professionalism, and dedication to servicing client needs. You'll need strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
This is a hybrid role that combines work-from-home and office presence. Mondays and Fridays are spent working from home, while Tuesdays through Thursdays are dedicated to in-office work. The hourly pay rate for this position is $23 per hour.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing exceptional client service through interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills
- Serving as the initial point of contact for clients; following standardized procedures to meet client needs
- Documenting client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business
- Utilizing a consultative approach to position products and services to clients
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- A minimum of two years of related work experience required; experience in client services preferred
- Strong problem resolution and time management skills
- Tech-savviness
