Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: 15+ years of program management experience, with a strong background in leading complex projects and programs.
  • Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
