Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Shoup Legal. A Professional Law Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in marketing and a deep understanding of the legal industry.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our business goals. This includes managing marketing vendors, creating and implementing marketing metrics systems, and staying current on new marketing trends.

The successful candidate will have a B.A. degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, and WordPress. They will also possess superb communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the Firm's marketing strategy
  • Managing marketing vendors and ensuring all work aligns with our marketing principles
  • Creating and implementing marketing metrics systems
  • Staying current on new marketing trends and adapting accordingly
  • Developing and coordinating monthly in-person seminars and workshops
  • Developing and implementing the Firm's referral source program
  • Developing knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and other means

Requirements:

  • A strong track record of success in marketing
  • B.A. degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, and WordPress
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
