About the Role

Cirkul Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our beverage production team in a Western state. As the Fill & Pack Manager, you will play a key role in our geographic expansion, guiding both the filling and packing functions for our products while ensuring safety, quality, and production excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Results: Build, maintain, and improve operations with a focus on optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, production, cost, and staffing to world-class levels.
  • Taking Ownership: Set department goals (daily, monthly, and yearly) with a focus on continuous improvement and growth mindset.
  • Making Decisions: Apply Cirkul's best practices while developing new best practices where needed.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Attract, retain, coach, develop, and empower employees at all levels.
  • Instilling Trust: Develop and implement a world-class culture and work systems.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure that Cirkul's safety, quality, and production standards are being met to deliver a high-quality product to our customers every time.
Requirements
  • A four-year degree in a related field such as business, operations management, engineering, or the equivalent in experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-velocity environment with roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to make autonomous decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Significant experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, autonomous maintenance, and 5S implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both salaried professionals and hourly production associates in executing complex operational programs.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
