  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve complex issues with HVAC equipment efficiently.
  • Start-Up Procedures: Participate in the start-up procedures for newly installed HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during service and maintenance activities.
  • Documentation: Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and start-ups, for accurate record-keeping.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Local Residency: Local residency in Vancouver, WA.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service.
  • Expertise: Expertise in servicing large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Certification: EPA Universal certification.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, stable work history with a proven track record of reliability, and proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC schematics and technical manuals.
