We are in search of a proficient construction operations coordinator with a solid background in the construction sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills, alongside the ability to juggle multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines. Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage subcontractor purchase order billing schedules within a project management platform.
  • Oversee subcontractor change orders and billing processes.
  • Monitor subcontractor work orders until completion.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation.
  • Assist in project coordination and schedule management.
  • Perform daily administrative office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • A college degree (2-to-4 years) is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the construction field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Experience with project management software is advantageous.
  • An active Notary license is preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule:

Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
