Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Citi's Trade and Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) business is a dynamic, high-growth global business that offers working capital solutions to clients across various industries. The Trade LFO team is part of the Services CFO team, responsible for providing end-to-end financial support for the TWCS business. The team analyzes and provides insights into TWCS financial results and projections, facilitating decision-making to drive performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies for the TWCS business.
- Lead the creation of financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and analysts.
- Provide financial leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and analyze key business performance drivers and metrics, providing insights to drive business growth and optimization.
- Strong leadership and partnership skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Experience in financial planning, business analytics, and related finance disciplines.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using other analysis and visualization tools.
- 15+ years of finance experience, with a track record of leading change and executing complex initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Masters degree preferred.
