We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Talent Development to join our team at Arcmed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and driving our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in HR to provide comprehensive global support and leadership within all facets of Human Resources, including culture and people best practices.
  • Contribute to the strategy and performance of the organization at the board level by being an engaged and value-added member of the leadership team.
  • Promote an inclusive culture that focuses on diverse backgrounds, skill sets, and opinions.
  • Effectively communicate, establish trust, and maintain positive employee relations with all levels of management and employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and compliant with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience in a professional industry, with at least 5 years in manufacturing, preferably in the healthcare or scientific industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and positively impact organizations.
  • An undergraduate degree is required, preferably in HR or a related field, or an MBA.
  • Certification in SHRM is preferred.
  • Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
