About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Analytics Manager to join our team at Inspire Brands Inc. As a key member of our media analytics team, you will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of audience-targeted media campaigns leveraging 1st and 3rd party data for the Inspire Brands portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Measurement and Optimization: Lead media measurement and optimization for one or more brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio, leveraging both 1st and 3rd party data (via Clean Room) to develop innovative approaches to measure media impact within walled gardens.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of two analysts supporting 3 brands, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Media Channel Implementation: Implement and maintain measurement approaches for all media channels, including TV, OLV, OOH, Display, Social, Radio, Search, and Partnerships.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Consumer Insights, Customer Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, and Media teams to develop learning agendas, media strategies, and measurement approaches.
  • Media Mix Modeling: Work with the Data Science team to deliver Media Mix Model analysis to each of the 6 Inspire Brands.
  • Business Outcome Analysis: Perform analysis to establish links between marketing KPIs and business outcomes, building dashboards to communicate and analyze trends in consumer sentiment, marketing KPIs, competitive marketing initiatives, competitive spend, and show how all link to business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-year Degree required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing a team of 1-3 people, 5-7+ years of experience with various media measurement tools, including media mix modeling, brand lift studies, digital attribution, and foot traffic measurement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize results and capture insights to make recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams, familiarity with various media measurement solutions and vendors, and experience with ETL tools, dashboard tools, and SQL or other database querying languages.
