Job Title: Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist

At Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including contractors, remodelers, and influencers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring that our brand is represented consistently and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute paid social media marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on community engagement and content creation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features, limitations, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
