Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Salesperson. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the store is always clean and tidy, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store appearance.
- Professionally check incoming goods and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Stock goods and maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring customers receive expert advice and guidance.
- Implement ideas for measures that inspire customers for our products and encourage them to make a purchase, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Convince customers with your friendly demeanor, competent advice, and courteous service, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty.
- Commercial apprenticeship or professional experience, preferably in the retail sector - even as a career changer, you are warmly welcome here.
- Enthusiasm for retail and joy in dealing with people, with a strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility, with a willingness to learn new things and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday, with a range of shifts available.
