Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practice Lead to join our team in the Emergency Department. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a clinical, quality, evidence-based practice, and patient safety expert. You will also collaborate with clinical leaders and professional development teams to identify gaps and develop plans to improve growth, skills, and competencies.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
Salary Range

This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement benefits, and more.
