Position Summary
The Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) plays a crucial role in our stores, serving as a pathway for career advancement within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by assessing needs, recommending suitable products and services, performing entry-level vehicle maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer engagement, sales, and issue resolution: 75%
- Basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and fluid checks: 25%
- Store operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory management, and display organization as needed.
- Opportunity for growth and career development.
- May assist the Manager or take on Manager-On-Duty responsibilities in certain situations.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of store operations and alternate between customer-facing and service tasks.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- A mindset geared towards customer service and career growth.
- Ability to complete required training and educational modules.
- Willingness to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
- Familiarity with store systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant training program completion.
- Previous experience in consumer retail sales.
- Automotive experience is advantageous.
- Prior management or supervisory experience is beneficial.
