Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Liaison to join our team at Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for devising strategies to gain patient referrals through establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and public relations programs to promote our skilled nursing center in the Harrisburg market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to generate new patient activity and create deeper relationships.
  • Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and execute day-to-day operations to drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the key resource for internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities with referring partners and develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan.
  • Assist with coordination of the referral-to-admission process and represent the organization in community-related activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years' progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a healthcare setting.
  • Long-term care experience required.
  • Advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and sales presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish, implement, and maintain effective marketing and public relations programs.
