Job Title: Forward Deployed Architect

FlowX.AI is a leading provider of AI-powered application modernization solutions, dedicated to expediting the digital transformation journey for global financial institutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forward Deployed Architect to join our Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the diverse needs of our big enterprise clients, particularly in the banking ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or.NET, extensive solution architecture experience, and a proven track record of working in complex end-to-end projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems, with a focus on backend, frontend, mobile, and database components.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality solution delivery from concept through to production.
  • Provide expert guidance and leadership in solution design, leveraging Java or.NET frameworks.
  • Advocate for best practices in software development and architecture, including microservices and containerization with Kubernetes.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FlowX.AI to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the banking sector, to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with extensive experience in Java or.NET environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions for big enterprises, with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects (ideally end-to-end projects), encompassing all components (backend, frontend, mobile, and databases).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultancy skills, with the ability to engage in client-facing roles and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the banking ecosystem and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
