About the Role

Arcesium is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Forward Deployed team in Client and Partner Development. As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will leverage your technical expertise, business acumen, and client presence to elevate Arcesium's brand with alternate asset managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Executives to represent Arcesium's capabilities and demonstrate how Arcesium can accelerate technology and streamline business operations for high-level client stakeholders.
  • Support business development, new logo acquisition, and upsells through active contribution to RFPs, demos of functionality, and commercial inputs.
  • Interact with clients to understand their business problems and design solutions by applying deep understanding of Arcesium's technical and functional capabilities.
  • Drive new product innovation and software development, suggesting ways to reduce costs and improve processes.
  • Participate in or lead demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing Arcesium's product capabilities.
  • Deconstruct client problems into component parts and design scalable solutions in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for multiple complex implementations.
  • Provide effective updates on projects to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles requiring consultative and solutioning skills.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on private credit within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading and driving cross-functional, medium and large-scale projects across business lines and technology domains.
  • Good organizational skills and a methodical mindset, along with the ability to make presentations with ease.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, influencing, persuasion, and critical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of private credit instruments, investment lifecycle, and varied technology platforms.
