As a key member of the kACE product development team at Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, you will be responsible for driving forward innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial products and derivatives to join our dynamic team.

Your primary focus will be on gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories, ensuring seamless traceability between business requirements and user stories. You will also be responsible for documenting requirements in a manner that facilitates future reusability and ease of maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of complex financial products and derivatives, as well as experience working with XML, SQL, and FIX. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum processes is essential.

With approximately 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, developing subject matter expertise in various business areas/functions covered by assigned projects.

A bachelor's degree is required, and excellent documentation skills are a must. The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.

In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation, including discretionary bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
