Job Description

Phaxis - Financial Services seeks an experienced Chief Financial Operations Specialist to support the financial operations team. This role involves assisting with month-end close procedures, booking journal entries, and investigating variances in financial data.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to prepare and review account reconciliations analysis, as well as assist with the preparation of global budgets with supporting schedules.

Additional responsibilities include preparing weekly and monthly cash forecasts, supporting AP and AR functions as needed, and leveraging NetSuite experience where applicable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
