Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through exceptional customer service and value-based conversations.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute plans to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing position.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
