Job Title: General Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate to join our team at Holman Logistics. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in receiving and shipping products, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Label products with customer-specific shipping labels in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Distribute paperwork throughout the operation to support shipping and receiving.
  • Operate a golf cart to navigate the warehouse floor as needed.
  • Assist the Shift Supervisor with office tasks, including paperwork organization, driver assistance, and other basic duties.
  • Audit pre-load and load tasks to assist the Shift Supervisor with quality control.
  • Assist operators with wrapping products and perform basic warehouse tasks to support the operation.
  • Inspect and evaluate the condition of cartons in the warehouse and repair as necessary.
  • Complete inventory and restock cartons as needed.
  • Use a scanning device and computer as needed to perform tasks.
  • Complete reports and documentation as required.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts and perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
  • One to two years related experience.
  • Basic scanner computer skills.
  • Valid State Driver's License; Forklift Certification Preferred.
