About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, tailored to the specific needs of the age demographic served. This role requires a current RN license in New Mexico and the ability to manage complex situations effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement patient care consistent with unit standards
  • Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
  • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a clean, well-lit, ventilated smoke-free environment, subject to stressful professional relationships and variable working hours.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to handle emergency/crisis situations, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform heavy physical effort to position, push and/or transfer patients or equipment and supplies.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
