About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Provider - Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced primary care clinic setting.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care. As an integral member of the clinic care team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, best practice, and high-quality standards of care are maintained. You will also assist with coordinating patient wellness and chronic illness management for the clinic.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited program in Licensed Practical Nursing and possess excellent communication and teaching skills. Additionally, you will have experience working in a primary care clinic setting and be familiar with adult learning principles.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $63,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
